Death Follows Long Illness

Benjamin Clay Hudson, 64
Years Old, Dies at Home on
Hill Street

The death of Benjamin Clay Hudson which followed a long illness, occurred at 3:10 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the family home. 508 Hill street. Mr. Hudson was 64 years old. He had been a resident of Hannibal a number of years, coming here from Louisiana, Mo.

He is survived by his widow and the following children: Mrs. Etta Davenport, Louisiana, Mo.; Mrs. Leia Arnold, New York; William Hudson, Springfield, Ill.; Misses Ruby and Margaret Hudson and Curtis and Bennie Hudson, all of Hannibal.

The body will be sent to Louisiana at 3:30 o'clock this afternoon and taken to the home of Mrs. Davenport from whence the funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon.

Burial will be in Louisiana.
