This is the softbound index to the obits we have in our Library. It is an
every name index with about 6000 names and 55 pages. Due to the size of index,
it does not include pall bearers, ministers and who sang, unless a family
relationship is stated. The flowery phrases have been cut out, but all
genealogical information has been retained. These obits have been
collected from many sources and most of the time the paper they were published in is
unknown. The death year is noted. You may order obits listed in the
Index
provided you send Name, page number and SASE. They are $1.00 each.

with about 7200 names and is 61 pages. See the above for further description.
Volume 3 Pike County Missouri Marriages 1851-1865

This is the first volume to list African-American marriages. These marriages
have been denoted by (c) following the name. Grooms are
listed alphabetically in the front of the book, brides are listed
alphabetically in the back of the book, with notes on various marriages in
the very back of the book. Soft bound, 77 pages.

The following census records are all softbound and indexed. Postage for
individual books are listed. If you order more than one book, postage is as
listed for the first book (if there is a difference, the greater amount will be
used) and $1.00 for each additional book. The 1870 transcriptions are listed and
indexed by township and include a history of the townships.
